No tear gas this year at MSU's Cedar Fest

The Final Four events sparked the East Lansing crowd last Friday, and even after a tough loss to Butler, Michigan State students and fans gathered in the streets of Cedar Village to celebrate going to the final four (and maybe a little bit of yelling in anger of the loss).

Either way, its a big deal, Cedar Fest is a ritual that I think everybody should attend at least once. Not to be involved in any of the rioting, or getting arrested (which, the past two years, hasn't been too bad) but it's a get together where thousands of students can express their school spirit by chanting "GO GREEN, GO WHITE!" Or singing the MSU fight song.

and if you want to watch the riots and tear gas from past Cedar Fests (very entertaining) watch the video below.
